Simba defender Asante Kwasi has explained the incident involving him and Yanga Defender ,Kelvin Yondani as ridiculous and he leaves everything to the authority.
In the Dar es Salaam derby where Simba beat their rivals 1-0, Kelvin Yondani took all of post-match discussions after being captured by cameras spitting in the direction of Kwasi in the first half.
Through his Instagram page, Kwasi said that he did not imagine such a senior defender like Yondani could do something like that.
He added that, he is a humble guy and he will leave everything behind and leaves the matter to the disciplinary committee.
“I did not except such a ridiculous act could be done by such a senior defender like him, I forget and focus on my team, I leave everything to the discipline committee,” said Kwasi.
Next Match
There has been no action taken yet but many expect the committee to take necessary actions soon.
