Ulinzi Stars have confirmed the arrival of Ezekiel Okare from Sofapaka ahead of the new season.
The striker has been consistent for Batoto ba Mungu since joining in 2016, scoring about twenty goals in the process. The soldiers coach Dunstan Nyaudo has been quoted by the club's official portal saying he has managed to get a real deal for his team.
“Okare is a proven finisher; I am happy to get him as we look forward to the coming season, which has shown all indications of being a grueling one. All he needs is play time, and I have no doubt he will do well here.
“After Okare, I am now looking to add a forward player, midfielder and a defender then we will close that chapter and enter the crucial phase of our preseason schedule. I believe we will have much improved team than last season and so the targets will also be higher.”
Okare becomes the second signing for Ulinzi Stars after Clinton Omondi, who arrived from Sony Sugar.
