The 30-year-old netted the decisive goal as Erol Bulut’s men grabbed an away victory at the Anatolian Star in the Turkish top-flight duel

Khalid Boutaib scored the solitary goal in Yeni Malatyaspor’s 1-0 away win over Kayserispor in Sunday’s Turkish Super Lig encounter at Kadir Has Sehir Stadı.

The Morocco international scored the winner from a Michael Pereira assist just before the interval.

The forward who teamed up with the Malatya outfit in the summer as a free agent has since hit the ground running.

The 30-year-old has registered nine league goals this season in his 16 top-flight appearances to help his side to the tenth spot in the log having garnered 22 points from 17 outings.

Yeni Malatyaspor gained promotion to the elite division for the first time in their history after finishing as runners-up in the TFF First League last season.

Boutaib will be looking to continue his fine form in front of goal when Yeni Malatyaspor travel to Osmanlı Stadı to confront Osmanlıspor for their next league game after the break, on January 21.
