Kenyan Premier League side KCB is set to have a meeting in the course of the week to plan for next season.
The bankers were promoted to the top tier after three seasons in the cold, and they are keen on ensuring they have an immediate impact. Peter Mwaura, who is the club's media liaison officer, has told Goal that the club will definitely do better in the top tier.
"Right now I cannot say how many players we are releasing or signing. All I can say is that we will have a meeting to set the record straight. From that meeting we will know who we are bringing on board and who we are releasing, but before then, I cannot say anything factual.
"Yes, we want to do better, be competitive in the Kenyan Premier League and ensure we finish in a respectable position."
The bankers have already appointed Frank Ouna as their new coach.
