Kariobangi Sharks registered their first win of the season after they humbled Nzoia Sugar 2-0 on Sunday.

Bolton Omwenga scored for the away team before Patillah Omotto put the issue beyond the reach of the sugar millers. Sharks had gone three matches without registering a win and were the better side against a Nzoia side, who have started to struggle despite starting strongly in the league.

In another match, Sofapaka forced a 2-2 draw against champions Tusker. Pate Wanok scored the opener for Batoto ba Mungu before Michael Khamati and Allan Wanga put the brewers ahead.

Former Gor Mahia midfielder Moses Odhiambo ensured a point for Sofapaka after scoring from a header to make it 2-2.
