John Oyemba showed why he deserved another three-year after pulling some excellent saves

Hosts Kariobangi Sharks are staring at an early exit from their own tournament after posting mixed results on day one of the pre-season tourney.

Bandari overcame a two-goal deficit to force a 3-2 win over the host on Thursday at the Utalii Grounds in Nairobi.

Geoffrey Shiveka and Ovella Ochieng gave Sharks a 2-1 lead early in the second half, but Wilberforce Lugogo grabbed the match winner at the stroke of full time to hand the Coastal side a positive start.

Hassan Abdallah had leveled for the Dockers after Ovella and Shiveka’s goals canceled out David King’atua‘s opener early in the first half.

The host later played a scoreless draw with another Kenyan Premier League side, Mathare United-a result that now leaves William Muluya side staring at a possible early exit.
