Injury-plagued Al Wahda ready for Al Dhafra - Aguirre

Al Wahda coach, Javier Aguirre, asserted that his team have lots of alternatives to cover for the absence of 6 of their key players.

Al Wahda’s absentees are: Goalkeeper Rashed Ali, Sultan Al Ghaferi, Ahmad Rashed, Argentine striker Tagliabué, Hungarian  winger Balázs Dzsudzsák, and Chilean playmaker Jorge Valdivia.

Aguirre stated: “We have many players in form, and they are ready to fill the gaps in our team when we meet Al Dhafra today in matchday 17 of Arabian Gulf League.”

The Mexican tactician stated: “Al Akbari is ready to feature in Tagliabue’s place, and Nasser Abdul Hadi is ready to replace Al Ghafiri, and we can put Khalil Ibrahim and Suhail Al Mansouri in our starting eleven.”
