Hearts of Oak talisman Winful Cobbinah has left the club for Albanian side KF Tirana, the 20-time Ghanaian champions have announced.
The 26-year-old joins the White and Blues on an undisclosed fee.
He played an instrumental role to help the Phobians finish third and second in the Premier League and FA Cup respectively last season.
"The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited has successfully negotiated a transfer agreement for the talented midfielder, Winful Cobbinah, to join Albanian giants KF Tirana," a Hearts press release signed by communications manager Kwame Opare Addo read.
"The transfer is subject to the player passing a medical with his new club and properly registering via the Fifa TMS (Transfer Matching System).
"We thank him for his services to the club, including being named MVP (Most Valuable Player) for the 2017 MTN FA Cup, and wish him all the best with his new club and country."
According to Tirana, Cobbinah will stay at Selman Stermasi Stadium for the next three years.
The midfielder came close to sealing a move to Danish second-tier side Viborg FF in January but the transfer fell through at the last hour due to a reported failed medical.
Last September, he played a crucial role to help Ghana's team B clinch the 2017 Wafu Cup of Nations.
