Defending champions Tusker FC will face National Super League side Palos, hoping to qualify to the next round. In the all premier league fixture, Gor Mahia will host Bandari FC while last year's finalists Ulinzi Stars will welcome Sony Sugar. Western Stima will be playing away to Sofapaka.

In another mouth watering clash, NSL table toppers Vihiga United will be away against Ushuru FC. Nakumatt will host Modern Coast Rangers with Kariobangi Shars getting a seemingly easy tie against Kenpoly.

Other fixtures are as follows: Coast Stima vs Nzoia Sugar, Taqwa vs Savannah, Mwatate vs Butterfly, Zetech vs Kakamega Homeboyz, AFC Leopars vs Nairobi Stima, Karatina Homeboyz vs GFE 105, Wazito FC vs KCB and Bidco vs Rainforest.
