Kenyan Premier League have released gate charges for the much awaited Super Cup derby between Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards.

K’Ogalo will take on rivals Ingwe in the season curtain raiser at Afraha Stadium on Sunday, with the match set to kick-off at 3pm.

KPL have confirmed to Goal that tickets for the match will go for Sh300, for those accessing the terraces and Sh500 for V.I.P.

“We promise to have tight security in place and are asking more fans to come and fill the stadium,” said KPL CEO Jack Oguda.

Oguda also confirmed that the match will be televised live on local television channel KTN. “KTN have confirmed in writing that they will air the match live from Nakuru. It was an open bid and they have sealed the same.”

The local league giants will square it out in the curtain raiser ahead of the KPL season kick-off date on February 3. Both Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards will also represent the country in Caf matches this season.

The Kenyan champions will host Leones Vegetarianos between February 9 and 11, for the first leg before traveling to Equatorial Guinea while AFC Leopards will be up against Fosa Juniors of Madagascar in Caf Confederation Cup.
