K’Ogalo CEO Omondi Aduda has confirmed to Goal that the build-up match will be played at Machakos Stadium, kick-off 3.30pm.
“We have lined up a friendly against Al Hilal in Machakos on February 6. Al Hilal will arrive in Kenya on February 2 en route to Monrovia, Liberia, where they will play their Caf Champions League match.”
This will be the second high profile friendly for K’Ogalo after they beat KCCA of Uganda 4-2 in Nakuru last week. Gor Mahia will take part in the Caf Champions League this year.
The Kenyan champions will host Leones Vegetarianos between February 9-11, 2018, for the first leg match before traveling to Equatorial Guinea for the return leg a week later.
The return leg will be hosted between February 16 and 18. The winner between Gor Mahia and Vegetarianos will meet the winner between ASAC Concorde of Mauritania and Etoile du Sahil from Tunisia in the first round.
