The cheery Englishman was pictured in the kitchen preparing Ugali as he mingled out with other cooks in a busy kitchen.
Gor Mahia are on a 12-day pre-season camp in Nakuru County, though Goal could not independently verify the exact location where the photo was taken.
“Preparing lunch for K'Ogalo with all the staff a big thank you from the players and all staff of Gor Mahia,” Kerr, clad in a green T-shirt and a short, tweeted a picture of himself and another cook working on Kenya's staple food as other workers looked on from a distant.
Having guided Gor Mahia to a 16th league title last season, Kerr will have to tap into his cookery skills when he kick-offs title defence by frying opponents.
Gor Mahia will also be busy on the continental front where they have been drawn to face Leones Vegetarianos of Equatorial Guinea in the preliminary round of Caf Champions League in February.
Kerr will put to test the lessons drawn from the pre-season camp when he faces arch-rivals AFC Leopards in a Super Cup clash on February 28.
