Gor Mahia ace reveals secret behind good run of form

Gor Mahia attacker Meddie Kagere was crowned the 2017 Most Valuable Player after an excellent league campaign.

The forward scored 14 goals and managed four assists to steer K'Ogalo  to the league title. Kagere says his hunger for success drove him to the MVP award and he has challenged his teammates to do better in the Caf Champions League.

"My main aim was to help Gor Mahia win the league and that made me work harder on the pitch. As a result, I scored goals and helped my colleagues to score and I believe that helped me to win this (MVP) award.
