Italian-born striker of Ghanaian descent Caleb Ekuban took his goal tally in the Turkish Super Lig to three as Trabzonspor dispatched Konyaspor on Saturday.
The forward, one more time, made the most of his limited playing opportunity at Medical Park Arena with a second half goal that helped to secure a 3-0 win.
He was introduced in the game in the 69th minute - his 10th substitute appearance of the season - and scored eight minutes later.
Yet to start a league game for the Black Sea Storm since transferring from English side Leeds United in the summer, the Villafranca di Verona-born's latest goal has put him on two strikes in his last two topflight games.
A minute later, substitute Ekuban made it 2-0 with a cool finish, having been set up by Abdulkadir Omur.
Nigeria midfielder Ogenyi Onazi then netted to seal the 3-0 win around the full-time mark.
The result has taken Trabzonspor to fourth on the league table, four spots above Konyaspor.
Ekuban will hope to be rewarded with a first league start when the Black Sea Storm play away to Besiktas in their next game.
Born to Ghanaian parents in Italy, the 24-year-old has pledged his international future to the Black Stars.
