Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Abraw resurfaces at Bidvest Wits

Abraw is currently training with the Students as he looks to land a deal with the defending PSL champions

Former Kaizer Chiefs forward Camaldine Abraw could potentially sign for Premier Soccer League (PSL) champions Bidvest Wits after being spotted training with them on Tuesday.

The Togo international spent two-years at Naturena, but failed to reach the heights expected of him ever since his move from Free State Stars.

The 26-year-old is on the lookout for a new club, and after returning to South Africa following a holiday overseas, he could be set for a move to the Students.

Gavin Hunt is currently in the process of bolstering his squad ahead of the new campaign and may consider Abraw a viable option upfront as they failed to negotiate a permanent deal for the attacking duo of Cuthbert Malajila and Mogakolodi Ngele, who have subsequently returned to Mamelodi Sundowns.
