EXTRA TIME: Sundowns' Anthony Laffor singing in the car on his way to training

Laffor deserves to keep singing during the rest of the international week, as it was his goal that rescued Sundowns from an early Champs League exit

The Liberian's goal levelled the game at 1-1 away to Kampala, so that Sundowns ultimately won 3-2 on aggregate.

Percy Tau hailed Anthony Laffor on his importance to the Brazilians.

"Laffor is a big player and big players score in big games," said Tau, who represented Bafana Bafana this week.

Then substitute Laffor himself spoke of his satisfaction, after coming on for defender Anele Ngcongca in the second half.

"If we don't reach the group stages, it does not show hunger and character, so we fought as a team and we are through," said Laffor.

"We were looking for that one chance. The coach (Pitso Mosimane) asked me if I was ready (to come on) and I told him I am ready."

If you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.#trainingmood#whoslaffor #al28 life's gud..
