Speaking ahead of the new season, Otieno, who also turned for Posta Rangers on loan, says his main aim is to help his new team hit greater heights this season with the Kenyan Premier League title top on his agenda.
“I am very happy to be here, this is a club with ambitions and I want to be part of it. Well, it is a new challenge, an exciting one for that matter, but I believe everything will be okay because I am ready to face them as they come.
“My main aim is to give the best on the pitch and help the team win the league this season. It will be a tough assignment considering the fact that many teams are in it, but we will give our best to ensure we win it,” Otieno told Goal.
After winning a double in the 2016 season, Tusker FC finished the 2017 season empty handed and have already made several changes, including dropping fourteen players.
