The Flying Antelopes were nailed 2-0 when the first leg was played in Uyo on January 14 and Madu who took part in that encounter disclosed that they won’t be expecting a stroll in the park in their aim for the maximum points.
“It won’t be an easy match from the way they played against us in the first game of the season,” Madu told Goal.
“They have not relaxed ever since and the players they have acquired during the midseason transfer indicated that they will be coming to Enugu with a point to prove against us. we are not also doing badly at all and the players we have also signed including their former player, Christian Pyagbara showed that we are not joking about our aspiration to end the league season strongly.
“I want to appeal to my teammates to be ready for war and they should ensure they give everything to this game because the three points will help us in our resolve to break into the top three at the end of the weekend games. I know that with determination on our part we can do so irrespective of what Akwa United present to us on Sunday.”
