Echiejile and Ogu lead early arrivals in Super Eagles camp for Zambia game

The Nigeria camp has begun to fill up ahead of Saturday's 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifying fixture against the Chipolopolo in Uyo

Nigeria national team camp is beginning to bubble ahead of the crucial Fifa World Cup qualifier against Zambia on October 7.

Elderson Echiejile, John Ogu, Dele Ajiboye, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Oghenekaro Etebo and Anthony Nwakaeme are the early birds as more players are expected before dinner.

As usual, the three-time African king will be lodged at the plush Le Meridien, Uyo.

Having subdued Cameroon over two legs, the Super Eagles need a draw at least against the Chipolopolo to qualify for the 2018 Fifa World Cup Russia.

The first leg ended 2-1 in favour of Gernor Rohr’s men at the Lewy Mwanawasa Stadium, Ndola thanks to goals from Alex Iwobi and Kelechi Iheanacho, while Collins Mbesuma got the consolation strike.
