Gor Mahia head coach Dylan Kerr says his players will have to respond following their recent heart break at Mbaraki Stadium, Mombasa.

The sixteen-time league champions suffered a 2-1 defeat against Bandari to halt their twenty-two match unbeaten run that included seventeen wins and five draws. With Posta Rangers calling on Friday, Kerr says his team has to give the best on the pitch.

“We have to be tough physically against Posta Rangers, we are not taking the match lightly and what we want is a win. After the defeat on Tuesday we have to react and ensure we get a positive response. This is not going to be an easy outing for us, but I am optimistic.

“Fans should continue supporting us, their input has been important to us and we do appreciate them very much,” Kerr told Goal.

This will be twenty fourth match for the defending champions.
