Damba banking hopes on Atsu for Dr Congo scalp

"If he gets a good day, trust me the Black Stars will carry the day.

“He has been one of the players to watch at this competition and he is a delight to watch.

“He has caused problems to defenders and I hope he gets a good day when he takes on Congo on Sunday.”

Ghana are seeking to make it six Afcon semi-final berths in a row on Sunday.

The Stars, who have lifted the trophy four times, have been boosted by the return of captain Asamoah Gyan to training on Saturday, following an injury scare.

The Black Stars play the Leopards at Stade d'Oyem.
