Chris Omondi returns to Gor Mahia leadership

Chris Omondi will finally hold an office at Gor Mahia despite losing during club's recent elections

Former Gor Mahia Secretary General Chris Omondi has been co-opted as an official at the club.

He will be the head of Technical Committee in charge of matters technical bench as confirmed to Goal by Secretary General Ben Omondi.

Gor Mahia boss to chair KPL for longer period

This decision was made during the club’s National Executive Committee meeting held in January where a number of committees were formed to handle various issues. “It was agreed to co-opt Chris Omondi as chairman of the Technical Committee.”

Omondi lost the race of becoming club’s chairman to Ambrose Rachier during elections held in December 2016.
