Chemelil Sugar head coach Charles Odera has put AFC Leopards on a red alert.

Odera will be going for Leopards' tail when both sides square it out in a Kenyan Premier League this weekend.

The two are set to go into the match against the backdrop of a contradicting performance last time out; Ingwe came from behind to draw 2-2 with Vihiga United while Chemelil fell 2-0 to Ulinzi.

Despite the optimism of subduing Leopards, a cautious Odera is aware of the danger posed by Ingwe.

"It is a fact, we respect Leopards, they are among the best teams in the country, but it does not mean we cannot get something from the match.

“We are preparing well and our main target will be maximum points, we just have to get our tactics right.

"They will be targeting a win after their recent run, but we want to win the match as well."

The sugar millers are placed eighth on the log after collecting eighteen points in their last thirteen outings.
