Chelsea vs Brighton: TV channel, stream, kick-off time, odds & match preview

The Blues are on a four-match unbeaten run in all competitions as they prepare for the arrival of Chris Hughton's Seagulls in West London

Chelsea host Brighton at Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day and, depending on results elsewhere, the Blues can potentially go level with Manchester United with a win.

Antonio Conte's side are just three points behind the Red Devils and they will hope to keep the pressure on throughout the busy winter period.

The Blues are currently on a four-match unbeaten streak and, while they were frustrated against Everton in their last outing, they will be confident of collecting maximum points at home.

GAME PREVIEW

Antonio Conte

Chelsea were held to a scoreless draw away to Everton on Saturday, which meant that they did not take advantage of Manchester United's failure to beat Leicester on the same day.

However, Conte expressed satisfaction with his players in the aftermath of the game, suggesting that, while they did not collect all three points, they showed plenty of fighting spirit.

"You know very well that this league is not simple," the former Juventus boss said after the 0-0 draw against the Toffees. "You have to fight to win the league, you have to fight for the Champions League, you have to fight for the Europa League places. We have to do our best and then at the end we will see where we are."

They will need to continue demonstrating that will to win as they push the Red Devils for second place and attempt to ensure their place in the top four come the end of the season.

With two games against Arsenal on the horizon in their next five games, Conte will want his players performing at the peak of their powers and a return to winning ways against a tough Brighton outfit will set them nicely on their way.
