The weekend's final A-League clash sees Perth Glory hosting Western Sydney Wanderers on Sunday.
The home side have won nine of their 12 matches in the competition this season and in some style. 888Sport are 13/20 (1.65) about another home win at HBF Park.
Glory boast the best attack in the division coming into matchday 13 with 27 goals scored. Combined with a defence that ranks joint-second, that has been enough to see them establish a six-point cushion at the top of the table.
The visitors on the other hand are really struggling to pick up points. Five defeats in their last six outings has left Wanderers in just two places off the bottom of the A-League table despite a solid start to the campaign. At 13/4 (4.25) they're easy enough to overlook as a betting proposition.
The opening round of fixtures saw these sides draw 1-1 at this ground and it's 29/10 (3.90) about this game ending all square.
While it’s a logical selection, 13/20 (1.65) on the home side winning isn't likely to appeal to many punters as a single wager but adding both teams to score into the bargain pays 9/4 (3.25) with 888Sport.
This is a bet that's paid out in Perth's previous three A-League games which saw them win 3-1, 4-2 and 4-1. Overall it has landed in half the league games that Popovic's team have contested this season and looks to have a fair chance of doing so once more.
Both teams to score has landed in four of the visitors' last five games too, so they're no strangers to being edged out of high scoring games of late.
Given that the Wanderers are usually good value to find the net but lack the defensive solidity to take anything from the match, this seems the best way to go, especially at 9/4 (3.25) which makes plenty of appeal with 888Sport.
