There are few teams that have had a more turbulent campaign than Monaco.
Leonardo Jardim was given his marching orders after a poor season that included back-to-back defeats in the Champions League and the Portuguese was replaced by Thierry Henry.
The managerial newcomer, who signed a three-year deal, lasted just 20 games though. The club chose to bring back Jardim, whom they'd sacked just four months previously.
On Friday Monaco are 49/20 (3.45) underdogs as they head to a Lille side that are Paris Saint-Germain's closest competition in Ligue 1. The hosts still trail the reigning champions by 17 points, but they've won four of their last five games in all competitions.
That form makes them worthy favourites at 11/10 (2.10) while it's 23/10 (3.30) that the teams share the spoils at Stade Pierre-Mauroy. The previous meeting ended 0-0 but that was back in August and plenty has changed at both clubs since the second game of the campaign.
Lille's success has largely been built on a defence that has conceded just 23 times in the league. Monaco by contrast, have the third-worst backline in the French top-tier but have started to pull clear of the drop zone after a six-match unbeaten run in Ligue 1.
Despite the visitors' recent turnaround, it's tough to trust them at the current prices. Instead, backing a home win at 11/10 (2.10) with 888Sport appears the way to go.
Away from home, Monaco haven't won a game since early December in Ligue 1 and Lille boast nine wins in front of their own fans from 14 attempts this term.
A tally of 31 points in front of their own fans sees Christophe Galtier's side rank second in the division and at 11/10 (2.10) they're a solid option for Friday night's coupon.
