Benjamin Moukandjo opens goal account in Beijing Renhe's win

The Cameroonian international scored his first goal in the 2018 Chinese Super League season

Benjamin Moukandjo was on target as Beijing Renhe defeated Tianjin Teda 1-0 in Saturday's Chinese Super League game.

The 29-year-old scored the only goal in the Beijing Fengtai Stadium with his 27th-minute effort. The goal gave the Beijing outfit their third league win of the season.

Moukandjo who joined Luis Garcia's team on a season-long loan from Jiangsu Suning in February has played five games in the Chinese top-flight this term.

John Mikel Obi and Frank Acheampong were in action for the Tianjin Tigers as they were condemned to their third defeat of the season.

Beijing Renhe moved to the ninth spot in the CSL table with 11 points from eight games.
