Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi set for Europa League clash with Ostersunds

The Nigeria international is looking forward to his fourth appearance in the Europe second tier competition at the Emirates Stadium

Alex Iwobi is set for Arsenal’s Europa League round of 32 second leg clash with Ostersund on Thursday night.

The 21-year-old who featured from start to finish in the reverse fixture at Jamtkraft Arena as the Gunners cruised to a 3-0 victory has featured three times in the competition this season.

And ahead of the encounter with Graham Potter’s men, the youngster has indicated his readiness for the tie.

“UEL Preparations,” Iwobi tweeted.

The winger has become an integral part of Arsene Wenger’s side this season featuring in 26 games, scoring two goals with four assists.

Arsenal will be hoping to avoid defeat in the outing which will be enough to secure their passage to the Round of 16.
