Arab Club Championship: Al-Ahed earns surprise draw against Al-Nassr

Lebanon’s Al-Ahed drew 1-1 against Saudi’s Al-Nassr in the opening game of group B of the Arab Club Championship (ACC) in Cairo.
Yahya Al-Shehri put Al-Nassr in front in the 37th minute; Ibrahim Diob scored the equalizer for Al-Ahed in the 47th minute.
Egypt’s Zamalek also drew 2-2 against Morocco’s Fath Union Sport in the same group.
Lamine Diakité opened the scoring in the 8th minute, while Bassem Morsi levelled for Zamalek in the 43rd minute and Shikabala added the second goal in the 65th minute before Diakité scored the equalizer for the Moroccan side.
