Momen Zakaria scores debut brace as Al Ahli qualify for quarter finals

Al Ahli thrashed Al Orouba to move to quarter finals

Al Ahli made it to the quarter finals of the Saudi Arabian King Cup with a 6-0 thrashing of First Division side Al Orouba that saw 4 goals scored in the second half; two of them came from new Egyptian signing Momen Zakaria on his debut.

The goals began after the half hour mark when left winger Salman Al Moasher took advantage of a defensive mistake to tap the ball in the net in the 33rd minute. 7 minutes later, Hossain Al Moqahwi scored a header that was poorly saved by the opposition goalkeeper before entering the net.

In the 60th minute, Giannis Fetfatzidis added to the goals before Al Moasher grabbed his personal 2nd of the match in the 73rd minute, assisted by the substitute Momen Zakaria. Zakaria completed the rout with 2 goals in 2 minutes (90th and 91st) to announce his arrival in excellent fashion.
