Yanga attacking midfielder Ibrahim Ajib has claimed that his side still have a chance to progress in the CAF Champions League although they were beaten at home with Township Rollers in the first leg tie.
Speaking after the Ligi Kuu match with Kagera Sugar, Ajib said that there is no point in giving up at this point, as a team they need to fight until the end.
“We lost against a very good team but still we have a chance to move forward, something which is very important is support from our fans,” said Ajib.
Ajib who had a goal drought in the past nine Ligi Kuu matches scored from a penalty and created another two goals to give his side a 3-0 against Kagera Sugar at the National Stadium.
