Aduana Stars coach Yusif Abubakar believes in their chances of picking all three points when they host Moroccan side Raja Casablanca on matchday two of the Caf Confederation Cup group stage on Wednesday.
The Fire Boys are bent on securing a win to get back on track following a 1-0 loss to Ivorian outfit Asec Mimosas on matchday one.
The midweek fixture is set for the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa, a venue where they thrashed Fosa Juniors of Madagascar 6-1 in their last home match of the championship.
"We need to maintain a good run in the competition, especially in our home games," Abubakar told Cafonline.
"The fans went home excited the last time we played in the competition here [Dormaa] and that is what we are looking to maintain, although I don't see a huge score line like that of Fosa Juniors.
"I mentioned that we had no business losing that game [at Asec], looking at the chances we managed to create.
"We have moved on and are [prepared] for Raja, a game we know will be tough because they dropped points at home.
"We are not worried. We are only concentrating on getting the job done and picking our first three points, an action that will aid our progression in this competition.”
Debutants Aduana are playing in the Confederation Cup following their first round elimination from the Champions League.
They are Ghana's only survivors in Africa as Kotoko failed to go beyond the preliminary stage of the Confederation Cup.
