Barcelona's Dani Alves: I find Jose Mourinho amusing

The Brazilian was in a very casual mood when speaking about Real Madrid coach Mourinho and also had a few words for their arch-rivals...
Jose Mourinho may not be laughing at the moment with his Real Madrid team eight points behind rivals Barcelona, but the Catalans' Dani Alves has admitted he finds it all a big joke.

'The Special One' lived up to his outspoken nature once again after publicly complaining about the timing of arbitration proceedings involving his team, on the eve of their match against Atletico Madrid last month.

Alves told Tele 5: "Mourinho amuses me. I enjoy hearing his comments and I find it all very funny."

It's not the first time Alves has had to respond to disparaging comments from the Portuguese coach. Last December he had another cross in with him, after Alves criticised Mourinho for "not discovering real football" and played down his managerial impact.

Mourinho, in his usual sarcastic fashion, responded by saying his country discovered themselves but obviously not football, also chucking in Albert Einstein for good measure.

"He's a very funny guy, we joke all the time" said the Brazilian.

Alves also aimed a quick jab at los Merengues, when quizzed on the opportunity of signing for Real Madrid whilst still a Sevilla player.

"It's in the past, the train has passed. I was expecting something better," he said.

The right-back has recently signalled his commitment to the Blaugrana cause by finally agreeing to a three-year extension on his current deal, and will be ready to give his all when his side face Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday night.
