Diamanti content with Bologna stay

The 30-year-old, who bagged seven league goals this season, insists he is happy to remain with the Rossoblu despite being linked to Serie A champions Juventus
Alessandro Diamanti says he has no desire to leave Bologna despite reportedly attracting interest from Juventus.

Diamanti, 30, has seven goals and 11 assists in 34 league games this season, and the Italy international insists he is happy at the Rossoblu.

“My team for the future is Bologna, I am very happy in Emilia,” Diamanti told RAI.

“I’ve had some good seasons in the Rossoblu shirt, which have helped me make it to the national team. I hold this team close to me.

“I feel good, I live in a great city, I have had two great years.

“We will talk and see if it is possible to continue our relationship.”

Diamanti's contract runs out in June 2017.
