AC Milan are reportedly looking to follow through their interest in Domenico Criscito after approaching Genoa with an offer.

Sportmediaset.it claims Adriano Galliani opened dialogue with president Enrico Preziosi whilst in Brazil dealing with Ronaldinho's Flamengo move.

Initial talk centred around the future of Kevin-Prince Boateng after his impact at the San Siro this season, and it seems AC Milan want to keep him beyond a loan deal.

But Galliani was keen to stress his eagerness to sign Criscito as AC Milan look to bolster their defence, with the supremo wanting a loan deal for the 24-year-old Italian with the option to make it permanent in June.

Genoa may consider the deal as they have recently signed Luca Antonelli from Parma for Crisicito's left-back position.
