Recent reports suggested that Inter were closely monitoring the winger's situation and the Champions League holders are now believed to be ready to make an offer for Sanchez later this week.
Sanchez has developed into a key player at Udinese in the past couple of seasons and is continually being linked with a move away from his current club after impressing at the 2010 World Cup for Chile.
Inter reportedly face stiff competition from clubs such as Manchester United and Zenit St Petersburg in the race for Sanchez's signature.
