Rangers have reportedly made Motagua forward Georgie Welcome a transfer target for the summer.
The Gers will have to replenish their squad following the loss of their star striker, Kris Boyd, who recently admitted that he will leave the club following the expiry of his contract.
The Ibrox outfit were consequently believed to be in the market for a forward, and The Daily Mail now claims that the Glaswegian giants have made the Honduran hitman a summer transfer target.
It has been reported that the club's coach Ian Durrant recently watched the player in action as Honduras prepare to compete in the 2010 World Cup.
According to the speculation, Welcome could be prised away from his club for a fee of around £600,000.
