'Sign a f***ing left-back!' - Carragher rages at Moreno performace

The 23-year-old was widely criticised for his display in the Reds' Europa League final defeat to his former club, and the ex-England defender feels he should be replaced
Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has hit out at Alberto Moreno and urged the club to sign a "new f***ing left-back" after the Spaniard's performance in the Europa League final against Sevilla.

Moreno was at fault for Kevin Gameiro's equaliser moments into the second half in Basel and struggled throughout versus his former side as they ran out 3-1 winners.

And Carragher - who was pictured in Switzerland earlier in the day - took to Twitter to lambast the full-back and urge both Jurgen Klopp and the club's transfer committee to find a replacement this summer.

"Jurgen, transfer committee, anyone sign a f***ing left back," the ex-England international wrote at full-time, with Sevilla securing a third-straight Europa League title.
