Jose Mourinho's men opened the scoring at Old Trafford after 39 minutes, the striker holding up the ball before teeing up the Netherlands international to fire a low strike past Jordan Pickford.

The striker's assist continues his rich vein of form for United - the Swede has 16 goals since joining the Red Devils, including three in his last two Premier League games.
