Andre Villas-Boas makes three changes from the side which defeated West Brom 1-0 on Sunday, with Steven Caulker, Kyle Naughton and Lewis Holtby all joining the starting eleven.

Jan Vertonghen and Benoit Assou-Ekotto can only claim positions on the bench, with Villas-Boas undoubtedly keeping an eye on their midweek Europa League clash against Lyon.

Lewis Holtby makes his first start for home side, with Emmanuel Adebayor being named as a substitute following his late arrival back to the capital after the AFCON.
