Mancini confirms Silva set to make Manchester City return against Tottenham next week

Having suffered a hamstring injury whilst on international duty for Spain in October, the midfielder has been missed by his out-of-form club
Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has revealed midfielder David Silva could be a week away from a return to first team football.

The Spaniard has been out since suffering a hamstring injury whilst on international duty against France, but Mancini is optimistic he could be back before a top of the table clash with tottenham on November 11.

Since Silva picked up the injury, Manchester City have lost against Ajax and whilst they bounced back with a comfortable win over Sunderland, not many were impressed with their 1-0 win over Swansea at the Etihad last time out.
