The Mexico international has found playing time extremely limited at the Spurs since joining the club from Barcelona in 2008, having already been shipped out on loan to Ipswich Town, Galatasaray and Racing Santander.
The 22-year-old's minutes on the pitch during Spurs' opening 10 Premier League fixtures this term total to just 18, and the forward has conceded he is disappointed with his lack of opportunities at White Hart Lane.
"As a player, you always want to play more, I have been at Tottenham for two-and-a-half years and I have not been given the playing time that I want," he told reporters at a press conference.
"It is hard to say that I want to go, because I have a contract with the club, and I do not want to get much into that subject.
"What I can say is that, although I have not been playing much, I have received plenty of offers, but I will have to wait for January."
The Mexican youngster also slammed Tottenham's decision to block a proposed move to Ajax in the summer.
"I went to Racing Santander and I was playing well there," Dos Santos said. "Then the Gold Cup came and I was fine and they did not let me go.
"I do not understand, but I have said all I had to say about this."
