'Money well spent' - Manchester City's Joe Hart hails Sergio Aguero debut

Argentine bagged two goals and provided another as Mancini's side score four to sink Swansea City at the Etihad Stadium
Joe Hart praised Sergio Aguero after the Argentine's 30-minute debut propelled Manchester City to a 4-0 win over Swansea.

After being held in the first half, City, with the help of the former Atletico Madrid striker who scored twice, brushed aside the Premier League newcomers as David Silva and a rejuvinated Edin Dzeko also netted.

“He’s decent isn’t he? £35 million is a big price tag and it’s been well spent,” Hart told Sky Sports.

“It’s an exciting start, there’s a great bond in this team. And you can see it out there. Swansea had 70% of the ball [in the first half] but we had a brick wall behind us."

Vincent Kompany was also impressed with Aguero and insists the Argentine will become a vital part of Roberto Mancini's plans this term.

“I liked that he was defending and being hard on Swansea, for the team, and he’s going to be very important. We’re really happy,” he said.

“We had the same problem with Blackpool coming here last year, we knew if we kept to our game we’d get enough chances to win, but sometimes you don’t have all the possession but that’s not a problem.”
