Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly include striker Robbie Keane in a part-exchange deal to take West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker to White Hart Lane.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is a long-term admirer of Parker, who has yet to sign a new contract at Upton Park.
According to The Sunday Mirror, Liverpool are keen on signing the talismanic Hammers skipper too, but Parker is said to prefer to remain in London.
Keane has seen himself fall down the pecking order at White Hart Lane, with Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe starting ahead of the Irishman, and Russian striker Roman Pavlyuchenko given the nod in preference to Keane last week in their Champions League clash with Young Boys.
The major stumbling block to any deal is said to be the wage demands of Keane, and West Ham will expect the former Liverpool man plus at least £5 million in cash for Parker if they are to be tempted into a sale which they have so far stoutly resisted.
