Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has admitted Neymar remains on his radar despite Santos' threat of FIFA action.
The Brazilian club's Luis Alvaro de Oliveira Ribeiro threatened to report the Blues after he claimed they had illegally "harassed" the player. This followed reports that an £17 million bid had been rejected.
Speaking to the Blues' official website, a reticent Ancelotti revealed the Brazil international was on his shopping list.
He said: "I can say Neymar is a fantastic player but he is not a Chelsea player now and it is difficult for me to speak about this. I can say just about his technical quality.
"We are interested in all the young players that come through in the world, Neymar is one of these but this doesn't mean we have to buy this player."
Ancelotti also declared that the deal to bring Ramires to the club was imminent.
"Ramires we hope will sign a contract early, he is doing medical tests and I hope everything will be okay as soon as possible,' he stated.
"He is a fantastic player, a fantastic midfielder, he is very young and will be the future of the Brazilian national team and I hope he will be the future of Chelsea."
