The experienced attacker has insisted that he's happy to stay at the French giants amid reported interest from clubs such as Juventus and Manchester City

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has made it clear that he intends to stay at Paris Saint-Germain this summer and help the freshly-crowned Ligue 1 champions to more silverware next term.

The Sweden international has been linked with a move away from PSG in the summer transfer window and his agent Mino Raiola even invited Juventus to make a bid.

Last month Goal.com revealed Manchester City had held initial talks over a potential move for the Swede should they miss out on first-choice striker Edinson Cavani in the summer transfer window.

Carlo Ancelotti recently stressed that Ibrahimovic is going nowhere, though, and the striker himself has now said that his future lies in the French capital, too.

"I am very happy. My debut season at PSG has been perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will do my utmost to defend the Ligue 1 title next term," the striker, 31, told L'Equipe.

"I still have two years to go on my contract. I am a professional and will honour my contract."

The attacker joined PSG from AC Milan in the summer of 2012 and immediately became a key player at the Paris side in his first season, netting 27 goals in 32 Ligue 1 appearances.

Rumours that he had set his sights on a return to Serie A had put the Bianconeri on red alert, while Manchester City had reportedly earmarked Ibrahimovic as an alternative in they case they fail to sign Napoli's Edinson Cavani this summer.

Nevertheless, a summer transfer seems unlikely following the striker's comments that he's keen to stay at Parc des Princes.
