Paris Saint-Germain have been dealt a double injury blow after Javier Pastore and Marquinhos were ruled out of Tuesday's Champions League clash with Real Madrid.

The midfielder is suffering from conjunctivitis, while the defender has failed to recover from a thigh problem, meaning the pair have been left out of the club's 21-man squad.

One positive for PSG boss Laurent Blanc is the return to fitness of David Luiz, who is fully fit following a lay-off with a knee injury.

The Ligue 1 champions are second in Champions League Group A,with seven points from three games - the same tally as leaders Madrid.
