West Bromwich Albion are set to complete the signing of West Ham United striker Frank Nouble on an initial one month loan deal.
The 18-year-old will join the club when the emergency window reopens and will be eligible to play in the Championship clash at home to Scunthorpe United on Tuesday.
Baggies manager Roberto Di Matteo believes Nouble will be a success at the Hawthorns and is delighted to capture the youngster.
He told West Brom‘s official website: "Frank is an exciting, young player who I am delighted to welcome to the club.
"He can play in any of the three forward positions - down the middle, wide left or
wide right - and we hope the next month is a fruitful one for both the club and Frank.
"Frank's main attributes are that he is powerful, quick and good on the ball but we mustn't forget he is still very young."
Nouble joined West Ham from Chelsea in the summer but is yet to score a goal in ten appearances for the Hammers.
