Commentary

Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
PSG complete the treble for the second season on the spin allowing Zlatan Ibrahimovic to bow out of the highest of notes for his career in France. The Swede notched two goals this evening to fire his team to glory along with strikes from Blaise Matuidi and Edinson Cavani. Marseille gave it their all as Florian Thauvin and Michy Batshuayi found the net, but Laurent Blanc's team proved to have too much quality on the night.
PSG HAVE WON THE COUPE DE FRANCE!
FULL-TIME: Marseille 2-4 Paris Saint-Germain
The referee brings an end to the contest.
CHANCE! Lucas spurns the chance to notch a fifth goal for PSG as he latches on to Di Maria's pass and rounds Mandanda, only to lose his footing at the crucial moment to send his effort wide.
Marseille keep coming forward, but crosses from the flanks from Cabella and Mendy fail to find their target in the penalty area. Time is all but up for Passi's men.
CHANCE! N'Kodou almost sets up a grandstand finish as he controls a cross at the back post and cuts back on to his right foot. The winger curls his effort towards the top corner, but his strike goes agonsingly wide of the post. So close for Marseille.
There will be four minutes of added time.
L. Kurzawa
Z. Ibrahimović
PSG
Nice moment for Ibrahimovic as Blanc gives him the opportunity to bow out by himself as he is replaced by Kurzawa. The whole stadium stands to applaud the Swede as he makes his way from the pitch.
M. Batshuayi
Goal
Olympique Marseille
GOAL!! Batshuayi does get his goal at long last as he taps home from close range after Sirigu could only parry Mendy's shot into the middle of the six-yard box. Too little too late for Marseile.
CHANCE Batshuayi is denied by a fine save from Sirigu as the keeper spreads himself on the line to palm away the forward's powerful strike from inside the box.
Batshuayi attempts to get a goal back for Marseille, but he can only blast his effort over the bar. It has not been the forward's night.

PSG
GOAL!!! Ibrahimovic will sign off in style as he notches his second goal of the game with a simple finish past Mandanda to secure the Coupe de France for his team. Matuidi threaded a throughball into his path as the Swede drifted in between Rekik and N'Kolou before he slotted his effort past the Marseille keeper.
G. N'Koudou
F. Thauvin
Olympique Marseille
Thauvin makes way after a decent outing to be replaced by N'Koudou.
Maxwell sends the ball down the flank and Ibrahimovic gets in behind the Marseille defence again. He gets held up by N'Kolou as he opted not to strike the ball on his left foot, and the trailing outfit just managed to get men back to keep their slim hopes alive.
PENALTY SHOUT! PSG come close to adding a fourth goal as Lucas and Di Maria combine to break upfield before the Argentine threads a pass for Ibrahimovic. The ball appears to have to much pace for the Swede, but Mandanda makes contact as he tries to clear. Ibra wants a penalty, but the referee points for a goal-kick.
Lucas Moura
E. Cavani
PSG
Cavani also makes way for the Ligue 1 champions as Lucas comes on to replace him.

PSG make their first change as Stambouli is replaced by Luiz.
Marseille string several passes together on the edge of the box before the ball goes wide to Mendy. The left-back drops the shoulder to drive past the challenge of Aurier, but his cross towards the near post is claimed with ease by Sirigu.
Dja Djedje enters the action immediately as he raids down the right and sends a low cross for the run of Batshuayi, but Marquinhos diverts the ball away from the striker.

PSG are attempting to take the pace out of the game by knocking the ball around the middle of the park. Their midfield trio have been impressive in the second period to take the match away from Marseille this evening.
CHANCE! Mendy swings the ball into the box from the left and Marquinhos misses his header to allow Cabella to strike at goal, but Thiago Silva makes the vital block to stop his tracks.
Marseille have lost their composure in the second half. PSG have found an extra gear since the break and have punished Passi's men for their poor defending at the back. Fletcher's miss may have cost his team dearly here.

Goal
PSG
GOAL!!! Cavani extends PSG's lead and that could be the goal that secures the treble for Blanc's men. Marseille were cut open through the middle and Ibrahimovic played a throughball in for his team-mate, who finished cooly from 10 yards by sliding his effort past the on-rushing Mandanda.
Manquillo gets in behind Maxwell down the flank and the right-back attempts to slide a low ball across the face of goal, but Thiago Silva makes a vital block to deny Marseille. The PSG captain then slams his team-mates for allowing Manquillo to advance so far down the pitch.
CHANCE! Fletcher should bring Marseille back on level terms, but he slices his effort wide of the target from close range. Thauvin was the architect as he knocked the ball through the legs of Maxwell and fired the ball across the face of goal to find the Scot, but he failed to keep his composure.
Di Maria raids down the flank and sends a deep cross for Ibrahimovic who sends the ball back across the edge of the box for Matuidi. The Frenchman tries to link-up with Cavani, but misplaces his pass and allows Marseille to clear the danger.

PENALTY TO PSG! Blanc's men win a spot-kick as Matuidi is brought down by N'Kolou in the box and the referee points to the spot. Ibrahimovic will take the penalty.
We're back underway at the Stade de France.
The players are back out for the second half, so we should be underway shortly.
Honours even at the break in the Coupe de France final as Blaise Matuidi's opener for PSG was cancelled out by Florian Thauvin's strike. Both teams have threatened in the final third to add to the scoreline, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic coming closest by seeing his effort cleared off the line. It's all to play for in the second half in an evenly matched contest.
HALF-TIME: Marseille 1-1 Paris Saint-Germain
The referee ends the first half of the Coupe de France final.
Isla loses the ball on the edge of the PSG box which allows Rabiot and Aurier to break forward, but Diarra races back to make the crucial challenge to quell the counter. The midfielder wins a free-kick to ease the pressure on Marseille's backline. Excellent work by Diarrra.
Batshuayi takes a nice touch to beat the challenge of Thiago Silva and turns to fire at goal. However, his miscues his strike as he scuffs the effort well over the bar. The forward has been quiet so far, but has the ability to turn on the quality from out of nowhere.
Passi will be delighted with his team's effort so far as they've quelled the threat of Ibrahimovic for the main part in the final third, while Cavani has been a mere spectator for the majority of the half.
Ibrahimovic gets the chance to threaten Mandanda's goal as he draws a foul 25 yards from goal. His free-kick slams into the wall and his second effort hits the rush of players emerging from the box. However, he gets a third opportunity by seizing on a loose ball, and this time he gets through the crowd, only to be denied by Mandanda.
OFF THE LINE! Ibrahimovic is denied by Thauvin on the line. The Swede latches on to Marquinhos's flick and powers a header towards the top corner, but Thauvin is there to stop a certain goal.
CHANCE! Di Maria sends the ball into the box and Marseille clear, but only as far as Stambouli plays the ball back in. It falls kindly for Cavani, who has space and time to fire at goal, but he dwells to long on the opening and Rekik manages to get enough on the shot to divert it over.
B. Mendy
Yellow Card
Olympique Marseille
Mendy is the first man into the book as he brings down Aurier on the right flank.
CHANCE! Thauvin causes problems again for PSG down the right flank and he sends a curling cross towards the near post for the run of Fletcher. The Scot gets a flick on the ball, but not enough to beat Sirigu, who makes the save on his knees.
Matuidi attempts to get the better of Mendy down the right flank, but he cannot sort his feet out to whip a cross into the box and ends up sending the ball out for a goal-kick. PSG need to find their rhythm again as the play of Passi's men has knocked them out of it following their opening burst.
The tempo has been slowed after a frenetic start to the contest. It will suit the play of Marseille, who have been more than a match for PSG so far this evening. Blanc will want to see more from his team after conceding the equaliser in tame fashion.
Barrada surges down the left and aims a cross to the back post for Fletcher, who has Batshuayi in support. However, the Scot tries to flick the ball with his boot rather than his head and fails to make a connection, allowing the cross to travel out for a goal-kick.
Maxwell wastes an opening down the left by sending a poor ball for Di Maria in the inside channel, and Isla breaks up the play. Fletcher takes control and sends good pass down the flank for Thauvin, but Rabiot tracks back well to break up the attack.
Mendy makes a strong run down the left to win a corner off the body of Aurier as Sirigu fails in his attempts to keep the ball in play. However, the referee awards a foul to PSG from the resulting corner, spurning a good position for Passi's men.
Batshuayi lays the ball into the feet of Fletcher, who tries to carve out space for a strike. Marquinhos makes a well-timed challenge, although the ball travels out to the feet of Thauvin 25 yards from goal. The winger lets fly with a powerful strike, but can only send his effort well over the bar.
CHANCE! Thauvin gets in behind the PSG defence once again and tries to lob the on-rushing Sirigu, but he cannot generate enough power to beat the keeper, who claims the ball with ease.
PSG play sublime football in the middle of the park as Stambouli and Rabiot combine to release Aurier down the right flank. The Ivorian tries to raid past the challenge of Rekik, but does down under contact, only for the referee to award a goal-kick as the ball travels out of play.
CHANCE! Mandanda is pressed into action to deny Di Maria as the Argentine guides a header towards goal, but the keeper was on hand to make the solid stop.
F. Thauvin
Goal
Olympique Marseille
GOAL!!! Marseille get back on level terms through Thauvin. Isla played a nice ball to the feet of the winger on the edge of the box and he turned the challenge on Maxwell with ease. Thauvin fired towards goal and his effort took a deflection off Thiago Silva to wrong foot Sirigu before nestling into the bottom corner.
M. Isla

Isla robs Ibrahimovic in the centre of the park and he sends the ball down the flank for Thauvin. The winger lifts his cross towards the back post for Fletcher, but the Scot fouls Aurier as he tried to muster an effort at goal.
Fletcher plays a backheel in for the run of Mendy down the left flank, and the left-back lifts a dangerous cross into the middle, but Thiago Silva does well to head the ball behind with Batshuayi lurking.
Rekik has to be on hand at the back to prevent Ibrahimovic from finding space to fire another strike towards Mandanda. The defender does well to win possession and clear the danger downfield. It's all PSG at the moment.

PSG
GOAL!!!!!!! PSG TAKE THE LEAD! Matuidi finds the net to fire his side ahead in the third minute of the final. Di Maria caused havoc in the box by sending a low cross towards the near post and the midfielder edged ahead of his marker to poke the ball into the bottom corner. What a start at the Stade de France.
CHANCE! PSG hit back with an opportunity of their own as Ibrahimovic controls on the edge of the box and plays the ball into the path of Matuidi, but he can only fire his strike straight at Mandanda.
CHANCE! Barrada almost breaks the deadlock inside the opening 30 seconds with a stunning strike from distance, but his effort goes inches past the post. Sirigu was worried there.
We're underway at the Stade de France.
Picture time just ahead of kick-off as Ibrahimovic poses with his PSG team-mates for the last time.

Benjamin Stambouli and Blaise Matuidi come into the midfield, while Edinson Cavani returns to lead the line alongside Ibrahimovic.
Passi has brought his key players back into the fold as expected this evening after resting them for their final-day Ligue 1 clash against Troyes. Steve Mandanda returns in goal, while Nicolas Nkoulou, Benjamin Mendy, Abdelaziz Barrada and striker Michy Batshuayi return to the starting line-up. Batshuayi partners Steven Fletcher up front in a 4-4-2 system with Florian Thauvin and Mauricio Isla providing the ammunition from the flanks.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with Marseille.
Marseille had an underwhelming campaign in Ligue 1, finishing in 13th place with only 48 points. However, Franck Passi's men have an excellent opportunity to earn silverware for the first time since 2012, when they lifted the Coupe de la Ligue, and end PSG's stranglehold of domestic competitions in France.
Paris Saint-Germain are aiming to complete a domestic treble for the second season on the spin following their exploits in Ligue 1 and the Coupe de la Ligue, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic looking to end his career at the club on the highest of notes.
Good evening and welcome to the live commentary of the Coupe de France final between Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain.
