That's all for today, goodbye!
That's Napoli's first win away from home since early January and it takes them up to fifth in the table. Next up for them is a visit to Roma. As for Milan, they're without a win at home in over a month and stay nine points behind Inter. Pioli will be hoping they can bounce back against Manchester United in their Europa League second leg on Thursday.
Politano's second-half goal earns a 1-0 win for Napoli over Milan. It took just four minutes for Napoli to break the deadlock after half-time with a quick break that saw Zielinski pick out Politano, who nestled his shot into the far bottom corner. Milan had some great chances to get back into the game, with Ospina denying Rebic and Leao with good saves. Rebic was also sent off in stoppage time for dissent after he gave away a free-kick.
90' + 4' CHANCE! Milan are throwing everything they have at Napoli's goal as the game heads into its final minutes and Saelemaekers swings a great cross into the six-yard box. Hernandez flies forward to get on it, but Maksimovic is there with him to make a very important block.
A. Rebić

90' + 1' Milan are still looking for a late equaliser and Hernandez goes long by switching play out to Rebic on the left. He swings a cross into the middle, but the offside flag is up against him.
Yellow Card

Yellow Card
86' Napoli are breaking quickly and Hernandez slides in and catches Osimhen with a late challenge to stop it which earns him a yellow card.

84' CHANCE! Hernandez has four Napoli defenders around him but he still manages to hit a shot towards goal. He hits the shot on the half-volley, squeezing it through the defenders in front of him, but it flashes wide of the far post.
82' It's patient play from Milan as they play out from the back and try to open up some space in behind Napoli, who are sitting deep. Tonali plays a throughball into Diaz, but his first touch lets him down and it bounces straight to Koulibaly.

46' Milan get us back underway for the second half!
Napoli have looked the better side and have kept the pressure on Milan, but without testing Donnarumma too often, which Gattuso will want to change after the break. As for Milan, they've struggled to get in behind the visitors and Pioli will want to see a much better attacking performance in the second half.
It's goalless at the break between Milan and Napoli. It's been a game of few clear cut chances, with Leao having the best opportunities for Milan. 22' It's a great driving run from Hysaj down the left after getting played in on the halfway line and he unselfishly tries to pick out a team-mate when he gets into the box. He squares it into the middle towards Mertens, but it's cut out by Gabbia.

18' Milan's last Serie A home win against Napoli was back in December 2014 (2-0) - since then, they've played out two defeats followed by three draws.
16' GOOD SAVE! Di Lorenzo curls a great cross into the middle for Zielinski and he chests it down before stretching to hit the shot on the volley. It's heading into the far post, but Donnarumma dives and pushes it away with a strong hand.
14' Ruiz switches play out to Insigne and he's not closed down which gives him chance to cut inside from the left to get to the edge of the box. He fires his shot on goal, and it takes a slight deflection off Tonali, but it's still a comfortable save for Donnarumma.
12' Di Lorenzo plays a great ball over the top for Politano to chase and he's onside as he pulls away from the defenders. Donnarumma reads it well though and rushes out of his box to clear the danger for Milan.
10' Napoli are still pushing forward and keeping Milan penned back deep in their own half. Zielinski plays a throughball into Mertens on the left of the box, but his first touch is too heavy and Tomori sees it out of play.
8' Insigne has drifted into the middle of the field to try and get on the ball more and he spots that Donnarumma is off his line. He's a very long way out when he goes for goal and his shot flies well wide of the near post.
6' Castillejo just ran into the back of Mertens in his attempts to win the ball back and the forward has gone down holding his knee. Milan put the ball out of play when he stays down, but he gets back to his feet without needing treatment.
4' SAVE! It's a great throughball from Hernandez to pick out Leao's run through the middle of the box and he hits his shot across goal. Ospina is quickly off his line to smother the shot though and it's brave goalkeeping that earns him a free-kick.
2' Insigne plays a good one-two with Demme to open up more space for himself to run into down the left. He tries to pull it back for Mertens in the middle, but his cross is blocked by Dalot.
1' Mertens gets the game underway for Napoli!
The teams are coming out onto the pitch now, with kick-off just moments away.
Napoli are winless away from home since January 10th, when they beat Udinese 2-1 (D1 L4). They last had a longer run without a single away win in all competitions in September 2015 (seven).
Gennaro Gattuso makes just two changes to his side after their win over Bologna last weekend, but they're both enforced. Amir Rrahmani and Faouzi Ghoulam miss out through injury, so Maksimovic and Hysaj come in for them.
Stefano Pioli makes five changes to the team that started against Manchester United on Thursday, bringing in Gabbia, Hernandez, Tonali, Calhanoglu and Castillejo. Kjaer, Meite, Diaz and Saelemakers drop to the bench, while Davide Calabria misses out after going off injured in that game.
NAPOLI SUBS: Nikita Contini, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Alex Meret, Davide Costanzo, Stanislav Lobotka, Eljif Elmas, Mario Rui, Antonio Cioffi, Karim Zedadka, Victor Osimhen.
NAPOLI STARTING XI (4-2-3-1): David Ospina; Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Nikola Maksimovic, Kalidou Koulibaly, Elseid Hysaj; Fabiam Ruiz, Diego Demme; Matteo Politano, Piotr Zielinski, Dries Mertens; Lorenzo Insigne.
MILAN SUBS:Pierre Kalulu Kyatengwa, Antonio Donnarumma, Brahim Diaz, Simon Kjaer, Soualiho Meite, Jens Hauge, Ante Rebic, Alexis Saelemaekers, Ciprian Tatarusanu.
MILAN STARTING XI (4-2-3-1): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Diogo Dalot, Matteo Gabbia, Fikayo Tomori, Theo Hernandez; Sandro Tonali, Franck Kessie; Samu Castillejo, Hakan Calhanoglu, Rade Krunic; Rafael Leao.
Milan come into this game nine points behind Inter, but a win would see them close the gap to the top spot. They're unbeaten in their last five games in all competitions (W2 D3) but haven't won at home since the beginning of February when they beat Crotone 4-0. Napoli are unbeaten in their last four in all competitions (W3 D1) but have struggled on the road recently failing to win away in any of their previous five.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Serie A meeting between Milan and Napoli at San Siro!
